Submitting a claim is now more difficult. To avoid a delay, the website wants a diagnosis to be provided, but there is no list to select from. Please fix the website.

Worst process ever. I submitted a claim wich they took a very long time to review. According to them the claim was accepted and they said they mailed a check wich was never received. They also state that if they send you a check they have no way to track it. So basically…. They ripped me off and was directed to check with the mail service as it was their fault for losing the check
No list of Diagnosis made available
I tried several times to type in a Vet diagnosis for my claim and nothing came up. The not stated to click on a file to view diagnosis's, however there was no file to view. I entered my info into the additional comments section, because I could not enter a Vet diagnosis a pop up message came up stating my claim will be delayed due to no vet diagnosis. Doesn't make sense.

I have had pet insurance in the past…
I have had pet insurance in the past and this is the worst. I have all three dogs insured. When I put in a claim for one they informed me that his skin condition was pre-existing and that any claim with skin items would not be covered. I am looking into new insurance and will be canceling as they want the premium but do not want to pay the bills

Company wont pay claims on Puppies
The company is Unprofessional, Incompetent, and does not resolve issues in a timely manner. I bought a 4 month old puppy and they wont resolve my claim because I am "missing information." I submitted every piece of paperwork that I have on the Dog since I have had him and its not enough for them. I called in and a representative told me she resolved the problem. It is almost November and my claim for October 2nd still hasn't been resolved. Thanks for nothing!
