Embrace always finds an excuse not to pay what you spend since I have this insurance, they always come up with an excuse. I'm tired of them never paying, a lot of talk but they don't pay. They’re fine if you have time to argue.

They consistently deny my claims stating my invoice is unclear (the invoice is a direct screenshot or file from email) impossible to be blurry or illegible. I always appeal and send them the exact thing I have already sent them and then it’s good enough.
