I have been with Embrace since 2019 for a dog I rescued. Not knowing history can be a little hard not to know. I never used it until last month for the 1st time. What was so awesome about it, it was so easy! Not only that but my refund was within days!! Now that’s customer service. Can’t say enough for the first time but it was so easy no hassle. you CANNOT cancel auto renewal!
maybe it is a good insurance. I purchased it but had to cancel because they DO NOT have the option to opt out of auto renewal. Contacted them about it, both by phone and email: nope; just bla bla bla that they send a notification prior to auto renewal and I will have an option to cancel… So if you just want to buy it for a year and not bother remembering details - YOU CANNOT.

Horrible Company
Typical insurance company. Will always be happy to take your premiums but when you need help they'll find any excuse in the book to deny your claim. Then they'll raise your renewal remiums so much in order to cover any future claims. Very unhappy with the coverage for my two pups thus far and won't be renewing when they pull this crap. Especially after paying $1200 1st year and then getting a renewal notice for over $2200 the 2nd year. Even their agent admitted he's never seen any increase that high year over year! Crooks!

This review is purely for sonnet driving app
I don't understand how this app is developed so poorly, it is designed to give users lesser score EVERYTIME. Every trip you take, it will find some or the other faults. If you have to take highway, apps says you are driving at higher speed, obviously I drive at higher speed on highway. I drove at nearby Walmart at low speed, app gave me 75 score, noting time of the day I chose. Then next trip, it gave me lesser score coz the route I chose. Regardless of what I do, app chose a reason to give me less score. Funny thing is app tracked me while I went out for a walk and gave me a score .. lol.. it also scored for a walk in did inside my condo. Pathetic app.

Embrace breaks promises: Don't use them
Having an older dog with increasing veterinary care costs, I decided to cancel at the beginning of a new premium period. since Embrace wasn't covering any of my increased costs. Unfortunately, I had just been charged the full premium. After canceling, I was promised a full refund. Ten days later, nothing.
