I stumbled upon Embrace Pet Insurance after researching different insurances for my new pet dog. This company has made submitting claims very easy, and the turn-around time on reimbursements is quick. Embrace does not make this process difficult; they really want to assist you in taking care of your newest family member. I appreciate the ease and hassle-free method of coverage. For reference: I have had to take my pup multiple times to the vet for her first year (Wellness check and shots). So far, I have never had an issue with any of my submissions, which really matters to me because money is tight. Embrace is on the pricier side of what other insurances offer, but they are well worth it!

Great Customer Service
My Tucker had to have emergency surgery on Saturday March 1st due to obstruction. I was having trouble getting his medical records uploaded on the website. I called in and spoke to Bonnie. She was amazing she helped me get all the information over and on the way to get my claim submitted. She even asked how Tucker was recovering. Thank you so much for your help!
