Have to upload treatment separately to the invoice
Easy process but only the invoice is asked for. My invoices don't contain the diagnosis, so I have learned to upload the notes separately. It would be nice to complete the process all at once.

It was very difficult to enter the name of the health provider... The box did not list any providers , gave you an HTML message and would not let you enter a name. It took many tries to finally do it since it would not let you proceed without it.

The rep was very knowledgeable and worked with me on pricing. I got the feeling she was an animal lover too so she was personally vested in my experience. Great company. Better rates than anyone else.

They overcharged me me two months in a…
They overcharged me me two months in a row. I had to continuously call and I was not compensated for the inconvenience. The rates also go up even if you don’t use the policy. I did not say I wasn’t refunded. However, I said I was not compensated after being on hold for almost a hour. The manager did nothing to ensure they appreciate customer service. This was a billing error on the companies behalf. What was given to me for the time that I wasted out of my day to correct service that I pay my hard earned money to? Yall have policies and deductibles that will always be followed when it’s time to use what we pay into for months. I deserve to be compensated for the inconvenience caused because of negligence. It was not my fault I was overcharged.

Slow reimbursed. Very slow review
I submitted a claim on 10/21 and here it is, 11/3, and it’s still in review. Nothing big. Just a wellness exam, shots, etc. the doctor gave me cream for my dogs skin irritation. Nothing else. It takes a long time to get reimbursed.

Why did I wait so long?!
I've always had dogs (and cats!) and I've never had pet insurance. Big mistake: pet insurance is REALLY helpful, and I couldn't be happier with Embrace.

Wow where to start
Wow where to start, you made it so easy and stress free. Being disabled it is so hard to run around and take pictures, measure out everything, it’s exhausting. Sonnet was done online it was amazingly easy. I kept wondering if I had insurance! I was so stunned and shocked by how it went so smoothly. Thank you Heather
