The process was straightforward, and their customer support team was responsive and knowledgeable. The representative I spoke with, Andreea took the time to explain my policy details and ensured that claim would be handled once they receive the information from the Vet. Her professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Prudent Pet to any pet owner looking for reliable insurance coverage. And try to speak to Andreea her vibe made me smile.

I moved and called the change address. Despite the fact that I use the same vet they made my policy way more expensive just by changing my mailing address. Was scammy and the man on the phone was very unprofessional and rude to me. I canceled.
