Highly disappointed in this company
Highly disappointed in this company. 5 claims were submitted and they covered only 1. They claimed "pre-existing condition" and denied the whole claim instead of covering what was NOT pre-existing. No one even tried to contact me.

The only problem is getting through to…
The only problem is getting through to you. I am a person who needs to talk with someone, when I have a problem understanding or getting my phone to cooperate. I finally found the phone # , but I feel It should be given clearly and in several places. "You can contact us..." More than on line, text or email. When I did get through I was so happy 😊 and thankful for the helpful information I received; that would have been distressful for me to get it any other way. My portal in great. Love all updates ❣️ Have not been able to use the insurance, yet. But I feel confident with ASPCA. I LOVE MY DOG. A BLESSING FROM GOD ✝️ So is ASPCA!😊

I just recently signed up for this pet…
I just recently signed up for this pet insurance, and have submitted one receipt for Veterinary visit. It was rejected because they need all my records from every single Veterinary visits she has ever had, and I’m finding it very difficult to negotiate what needs to be done. I am giving it one more try, but they are making it very difficult in my opinion.

They violated my human rights
Fetch has violated my human and Charter-protected rights as a disabled person by denying a six-day accommodation for a delayed claim submission, which was due to my cognitive disabilities. I filed a claim with the HRTO, to which they initially failed to respond. When they finally did respond, it was to request an extension of the response deadline amounting to an astonishing 67 days. The hypocrisy is glaring. Upon responding, they escalated their stance, reinforcing their ableism and discriminatory actions. The level of blatant ableism exhibited by Fetch is appalling, reminiscent of a bygone era. Their conduct has been profoundly egregious. This case is ongoing. ✨️Addressing Fetch’s Response to This Review✨️ Your response is nothing more than empty words designed to save face, and it rings hollow in light of FETCH’S actions. At no point during this process has FETCH shown any genuine regard for the rights of disabled people, and I have documented evidence to substantiate my claim. This is not a matter of my opinion. FETCH’S outright denial of my accommodation request was blatantly discriminatory and a violation of FETCH’S legal obligations. FETCH refused to engage in the legally required accommodation process, demonstrating a clear disregard for my rights. When served by the HRTO, FETCH doubled down on its discriminatory behavior, digging its heels into ableism with shocking audacity. This grotesque response only further substantiates the fact that FETCH does not value fairness or inclusivity in any meaningful capacity. FETCH’S actions speak volumes, and they completely undermine the hollow platitudes in your response. FETCH has demonstrated, time and again, that it does not take disabled people’s rights seriously. This is not a matter of “frustration” on my part—it’s a matter of blatant discrimination and systemic ableism on FETCH’S part. If FETCH truly cares about fairness and inclusivity, it must start by owning up to its actions.

CLAIMS PAYMENTS TAKES TOO LONG!!!!
I have been waiting for over two weeks to get reimbursed on a nearly $700 claim. I provided MetLife with everything they needed … an itemized invoice and the vet notes. Why is it taking so long on a covered expense? When I call, all I get is that “we haven’t gotten to it yet”. I literally can not afford to wait any longer on MY OWN MONEY!!!

Garbage!
Garbage! They seemingly have a sucker you in rate for house insurance then on renewal your paying 65% more with no claims. When you call in and ask why there's no reason other then they dont know and cannot talk to anyone that does.
