Met Llife for Pets
I have been pleased with Met Life for healthy visits as well as sick visits. A few claims took a while to pay, but came through in the end. I am so used to now having insurance for past pets that this has been very helpful in cutting costs of vet care!

Quick, reliable, and empathetic service!
We used Spot to insure our sweet, adventurous indoor/outdoor rescue cat that we found as a stray. We had a few claims from vet visits, both routine and more urgent, and had no issues at any point with being reimbursed. The process was easy and the reimbursement was in our bank account within a few days, each time. Our boy unfortunately passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly at only 3 years old. After I created a claim for end of life services, Spot reached out letting me know they cancelled our policy for us and that we could still submit any necessary claims. Then a few days later, we got a call from a caring agent with Spot, asking us how we were doing after his death. Honestly, I never expected such great service from an insurance company! We will absolutely use Spot again for our future pets.

I checked over a half dozen options…
I checked over a half dozen options including our current provider (nationwide). Fetch was the best option. Joshua was the only person that I was able to talk to that answered my questions and followed through. I hope my experience over the next year + is in line with the enrollment experience.

The Worst
Learned they were only paying a one time $300 for my puppies care. My former insurance reimbursed for all medical and dental expenses. This is a ripoff insurance. If you have an older dog it may be okay, however, not for puppies and younger dogs. Paying $100 a month to be reimbursed $700 for the year was their best offer. Embraceable on your pockets is what they are.
