On Feb 18, 2025, I spoke with Megan about an issue I had with denied claims. She was the most professional and well-informed customer service agent I have encountered at Fetch. She was friendly. She spent the necessary time with me to understand my problem and research my concern. Because of her, I had a very positive with experience yesterday. Truly a Life Saver
My beloved doodle happily has been living his best life after having a cancerous, golf-ball-sized tumor removed from his mouth two years ago. Additional follow-up treatment to keep cancer from spreading/recurring is only possible because of Pets Best. Without their help, I would not be able to afford his ongoing treatment. Thanks, Pets Best.
They are just taking your money
Do not trust whatever are saying! the claims take a least 30 days. They do their best to not paying your claims. They are not respectful at all when you are calling about your claims even their manager.

My 7 year old lab pit mix dog tore her CCL playing in the snow. Healthy Paws was awesome. So easy to make a claim on the app, responses were quick and reimbursements were sent promptly. I called with a few questions and they were friendly and helpful. My dog's surgery cost $7100 and Healthy Paws paid $5500 (80%), and they paid the vet directly too! Highly recommend.
