This was my first claim and it was seamless. I’ve had different pet insurance in the past, and as a point of comparison, Embrace was simple and fast. I submitted two claims one of which was significant. I expected a hassle which did not happen. I received check within 10 business days if submitting.

I have used the ASPCA PET INSURANCE for three dogs now. I have always been happy with the response time and reimbursement. My baby puppy had hip surgery on October 22. I received my 90% reimbursement 10 days after the surgery! Amazing, and lovely to have it before my credit card bill even became due. I wish I could use this insurance for myself
