"I filed an online claim with PetsBest for my dog's eye surgery. He had two cherry eye conditions repaired. I filed about a week after the surgery on a Friday afternoon. Within an hour or so I received email confirmation of my claim. By Sunday I received a detailed explanation of benefits summary explaining how my claim was handled. All of my claim went to either my co-payment or to my deductible. I fully expected that based on the coverage I selected and am paying for. I am completely satisfied with PetsBest in this instance, and I'll go on to say that all my claims over the past two years I've been covered have been handled in the same professional way. I would like to see the PetsBest EOB give me the total amount of my deductible I have reached after each claim, but that is not a dealbreaker given all the positives. I had never used my insurance before so I was skeptical, but let me tell you it was such a great experience! Not only was it easy but the turn around to being reimbursed was one week. I'm so thankful and couldn't be happier with this company!

Well, the salesperson was a lady, she was very very nice and helpful, answering all my question patiently. Now lets see how this will work, cause im new as a petmom. Today i took my puppy to vetco and they say they don't take this insurance, That's no good at all.

Easy, fast, and painless pet insurance!
Spot has made processing claims so easy. We have 3 plans for 3 different pets, all accident and illness with no wellness packages. When I submitted my first claim, they needed additional info (prior veterinary records) and they contacted my vet on my behalf to obtain them, so I didn’t even have to go out of my way! All claims we’ve made have been approved very quickly and it provides such peace of mind. While we technically have spent more on premiums than we have been reimbursed for, knowing that any serious injury or illness will be taken care of and all never have to worry about cost when it comes to my animals’ health is so valuable. I have unfortunately not insured all of my pets in the past and have paid tens of thousands for surgeries for one of my senior animals - I can’t help but wonder how different my financial situation would have been during that time if I had been proactive about pet insurance! So I think this is an extremely worth while investment in my furry family. I also needed to call and update our policy at one point and had a phenomenal customer service experience. 5 stars for Spot and their kind team.
