A Lifesaver for Our Beloved Ripley
We’ve been fortunate to have Healthy Paws as partners in our dog Ripley’s life since he was a puppy—over 12 years now—and we truly can’t say enough good things about them. From the small bumps and scrapes along the way to the big, scary stuff—like Ripley’s recent emergency surgery—they’ve been there every step. Ripley became very sick and needed a 7-day ICU stay along with the removal of his gallbladder and spleen. We knew it would be a costly procedure, but because we had Healthy Paws, we were able to focus on what really mattered: making the best decision for Ripley's health without the added stress of wondering how we’d pay for it. Not only was the claims process incredibly fast and straightforward, but what really blew us away was the personal touch. They followed up with heartfelt emails checking in on Ripley and even sent sweet well wishes and “belly rubs” from afar. That kind of care goes far beyond what you'd expect from an insurance company. Our first experience with Pets Best
This is the first time we ever got pet insurance. Since we were adopting Sam, we decided to give it a try. After reviewing pet insurances in CR, we decided on Pets Best. To be honest, my hope was to never have to use it, but unfortunately, Sam ended up needing elbow surgery. After the surgery, we have submitted all our bills. The process was simple. Once the vet provided all the records, the review process time was very reasonable. This was my first and hopefully last experience with Sam’s health issues needing insurance. It is good to know that there is someone there for those just in case moments. Highly recommend. Great coverage, easy filing and prompt response.
