We had a fire in our apartment…
We had a fire in our apartment building, in another unit, so not even within my control. I tried to call at about 6pm, to review options. Their claims line, rang, rang and rang. No help. My previous insurance companies claim line, was answered immediately by a person able to get you immediate assistance when you actually need it. Fast forward a couple years, no issues with my payments, no claims, not 1 ever. I wake up on a monday morning to a cancellation email, with no reason given, note that is a legal obligation if your policy is cancelled. Thanks sonnet. You're a great company.

Easy Claims Process
After my dog sustained a cut behind the ear, we went to our wonderful emergency vet. The bill, however, for minor surgery to repair his ear was higher than we expected. Thank goodness we had Pets Best, as it eased our financial worries that day. After reimbursment a short while later, I felt very satisfied with our policy and so happy that our dog's incident did not create a stressful financial situation. Thank you, Pets Best!

Whether in our dealing with a service rep over the phone or submitting a claim, we have continued to receive prompt, professional and efficient service.. In the past year our pet had a serious illness that required hospitalization, diagnostics and care. Our claims were submitted and addressed quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The communication flow confirming receipt of the claim, the processing of the claim and the approved reimbursement helped us know we were in good hands..
