If I can give zero stars I would. This is by far the worse experience I've had in my life. They claim that a growth that recently appeared on my dog is an ongoing condition and will not be covered. I have been paying for insurance for nearly a year and they are simply looking for a way to not pay me for the claim. This is absolutely immoral and unjust. Just put your money in a savings account instead of paying them the premium.

Filing a claim could not have been easier. Great communication throughout the short process, even though the app says it will take two weeks for review! I was worried because this is the second time my dog had the same issue. But vet records provided the facts, and Fetch did not balk or hassle. VERY impressed, and overall, I feel that I and my dog are valued clients.
