GRATEFUL for FETCH PET INSURANCE
I have had pets my whole life and pet insurance for over 30 years (with prior pets and a different pet insurance company). When we got our new puppy, I looked in to different companies and OMG am I ever grateful for finding Fetch !! Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda Ebel. EVERYTHING I wanted to address was handled with an audible smile, kindness, and care.

Fetch has been amazing.
Fetch has been amazing. Originally Go Pet Plan. I had a very sickly pet from basically the beginning of her life . I always worried they would “ cut me off” or refuse to pay but that never happened. My dog had a $11,000 ICU bill and the woman on the phone actually walked to the “ claims dept” to make sure to guarantee my pets visit was covered and I didn’t have to wait for an answer and worry if I could afford it. Today when I reported that my dog had died, Megans response was heartfelt and felt genuinely sympathetic. This is a great pet insurance company. I utilized their services to the max. My premiums did triple over five years but I expected that . Thanks for taking care of my girl. Highly recommend. Only suggestion is that App needs tweaking ….difficulty uploading multiple documents and correcting mistakes made during my claim submission.

Waste of Time and Money
Originally claimed that animals were fully covered, and retroactively added exclusions. Stay away from this company. We followed their process, had animals do an initial wellness check within the first 30 days, and provided additional documentation. Received validation of review by them. When we went to do our first claim a year later, they said they actually had not reviewed any of the material and then added a bunch of exclusions to our pets. Save your money, there is no peace of mind via this insurance company!

After you denied another claim and kept asking for more and more documents, not being satisfied, I gave up on it. When I filed Bruce’s claim, I was anticipating being worn down and giving up. I was surprised that the claim was approved. Hope this keeps up in the future as I have 3 pets insured with Fetch.

My dog had surgery due to a mass on his muzzle. This required blood work, pathology, etc. My bill was over $1200, my reimbursement was $351. Why am I using Embrace? Going to have to do some research. Already spoke with others that have pet insurance, they were surprised at the little reimbursement.
