We paid for premium coverage and they only paid $150 of a $980 bill for getting our dog neutered. My understanding was this procedure was %100 covered. Do not use this provider, they take over 60 days to pay out often with no exploration of the payout. Use embrace instead

$6000 in premiums over 6 years and one single payout of $60. The first time there is a need given we were denied coverage. Insurance at its best. Update - after a number of phone calls between the medical center and Embrace - the decision to cover the ACL tear was covered. I’m updating my review not only based on the favorable outcome for our beloved Tutu - but the ability to connect with claim representative who was our point person in the process. That’s a big deal.

I am an Underwriter in the insurance industry. I researched which company to go with extensively. I ultimately went with Spot due to reviews, coverages offered, and options to personalize. I have had to make a few claims this year due to an unfortunate eye infection for my 1 year old kitty. The treatment had been a bit ongoing and Spot has approved and paid my claims accurately and promptly. 5 out of 5 stars thus far.

Always easy to file a claim for furry best friend(s). That's a huge relief and benefit. Treated fairly and almost every time get a quick decision/approval/reply and therefore a refund. Great company so glad I went with them!!
