Very professional
The Embrace you staff were very prompt and regular with communication about my claim status. So, even though turn around time was a bit slow, there was never a time when I was out of touch.I would recommend anyone deal with these folks.

A MUST for a health pet
We have used ASPCA Pet Insurance for 3 years, and find it would have been very difficult to afford good Vet care for our Golden without it. We are retired and on a fixed income, but believe that the pet insurance is as important as our own health insurance. We get what we pay for...ASPCA is careful when approving payment under our plan; but we have always been satisfied.

Handled quickly
After the vet visit the vet sent in the claim form for us and we had a reply by email from Trupanion in 4-5 days. They let us know they were contacting the vet office for some extra information and 3-4 days later they emailed and said our claim was now being processed. 1-2 days later they emailed showing what was being paid back to us and we received the cheques in a few days. Biggest thing I liked about the whole situation was the professionalism that was showed during the entire communication process.

Excellent customer service. I have had two claims processed and no problems at all. Everything was taken care immediately from communicating they had received the claim thru completion. No hassles on my part at all.

Insurance Coverage
Excellent insurance. We adopted a dog with some bad habits. Insurance covered expensive medical costs. However, the premiums went up nearly 120percent.Ouch.
