I’ve used Embrace for 3 of my 4 cats( the z4th one I adopted when he was 14 so he wasn’t eligible for coverage l). All payments have been made promptly. Any payments not made were explained in detail with the option of calling for more information. Recently, one of my cats was so ill she had to be euthanized. The staff at Embrace were very sympathetic and kind. I have never had any issues with staff with this company. Everyone has always been kind, knowledgeable and sympathetic. I will continue using them my pet insurance needs.
