Extremely poor customer service and communication
They canceled the home insurance policy because my cc got expired and was declined. In the email they said, I have to update the information on my file in three days. It took me a little longer than three days and that's it when I went into the portal the home policy was inactive. There was no email warning if not done in three days the policy will get inactive or any Text message. The agent on the call said once inactive they can not make it active again. Sorry Sonnet, extremely poor customer service and communication. I am moving.
