A worthy Investment
We have definitely received a return on our money by selecting Healthy Paws as our pet insurance company. When my Akita was in the Emergency Room for bloat, I didn't care how much the surgery would cost as long as he survived but receiving a reimbursement for the surgery only a week latter really alleviated an already stressful situation of almost loosing my dog. That being said, it is their personalized, no strings attached, one-on-one customer service that makes them the best in the industry.

Pleased with Embrace
I am pleased with Embrace and that they respond quickly when have a question regarding claim submitted or other info might need. Their representatives are always courteous. This past claim submitted I did have questions and representative responded and answered my questions. Very please with Embrace. Also, like the fact that they deposit claim check into direct deposit and let you know that it has been deposited.

Fantastic Coverage
We decided to get pet insurance for our dog, Arthur, a few months after we adopted him from a local shelter. We chose Healthy Paws primarily due to the excellent reviews we had read. Well, who would have thought we would have needed insurance for our young dog within three years of his adoption. Arthur started to have trouble walking and he underwent a number of tests over a six month period to determine what was causing his lameness. In April 2014, we received the terrible news that he had Lupus. Three months later we made the very difficult decision to say goodbye to him as his health was declining so dramatically. Our sincere thanks go out to Healthy Paws for their amazing coverage throughout Arthur's illness. The claims to Healthy Paws were many and it was very impressive how quickly those claims were received and processed. The financial expenditure was huge and Healthy Paws was always there for us. So glad I made this choice!
Healthy Paws so far has proven to be an excellent choice for my pet's insurance needs. The rates are fair and they are extremely efficient in paying out claims. You can upload bills directly on their site and the claims are paid within 3-4 days. They also sent out an email inquiring about my pet's condition after I submitted a bill for a growth removal and biopsy. I was surprised and happy to know that they care about clients.

Chloe and Embrace
Chloe recently developed a UTI and was in some pain. We had to take her to the 24 hour emergency vet since our vet was closed. Then we had to take her to our vet for the check up. Embrace handled the claim excellently and we received our check promptly which helped a lot. And Chloe feels great. Thanks Embrace!

I have had the accident/illness coverage for my 2 dogs for about 3 years now. I am happy, happy, happy with it!They quickly let you know that they received your claim and then usually within 2 weeks, they let you know the claim is paid (or applied to the deductable). I have never had pet insurance before, but am so happy I decided to purchase it now! It has paid off greatly. I can rest easy knowing that if anything happens to my girls, I will be able to afford to have whatever needs done to be done! Thank you, Embrace!

Best Experiance Ever!
We got Remmi when she was 2 months old (April 2013) a few months after our older bullmastiff had ACL surgery, which we didn't have insurance for. I researched numerous pet insurance companies and kept coming back to Pets Best. November 2013 we decided to sign up. Then to find out in January 2014 she has luxating patellas (yes both knees). February she had surgery on her left knee and the right one just this past July. We haven't been denied any reimbursement that we've submitted. Anytime I contact the team they have been the most pleasant, knowledgable and helpful group to work with. Simply amazing - thank you Pets Best!

Confused
I thought the wellness & Illness were two different claims.He had his wellness check up a few months ago.This claim was due to sickness,Poor boy was throwing up & crying as if in pain,Could you please explain difference in the two types,Meaning Illness & wellness.I have always been happy with this insurance just not sure of the difference between the two now.I've never used the illness plan before.
