A forever customer
As someone fairly new to pet insurance I wasn’t sure if it was worth the cost. I have had multiple claims with Pet’s Best and each time they are thorough, timely and the claims process is so easy. My pets will always have coverage with them.

Poor cutomer service
Poor cutomer service. I have been waiting over 30 days for a pre-approval before dental work under their "every tooth covered" policy. In trying to get an update I only receive automated or scripted replies with no real information. They cover my pet's medication no problem but even if they end up covering her dental I cannot recommend them based on the support I have received relating to the claim.
