The company does not seem to have a working telephone line. It puts you onto infinite hold and then never picks up. I have called at least six times without getting anyone to respond.

Prudent Pet Insurance Purchase (No Pressure)
I talked to Rebecca from Prudent Pet looking for an affordable insurance plan for my 5 yr. old rescue dog. Rebecca was very professional, informative and tailored a plan to fit our breed of dog and our budget. She answered all my questions, was prompt and followed through on phone calls. There was no pressure to purchase a plan immediately, like some other companies I talked to.
