Pays nothing
Pays nothing, just one example: insisted my elder dog's pneumonia was a preexisting condition from 3 years ago. Yes, he has had pneumonia for 3 friggin years! I cancelled, it is pointless as they will only take your money and reject every claim.

Great service
If you have a pet, this is the insurance you need. My Rudy has been a sickly fellow for 2 years. I have never had a problem getting his vet bills paid. Rudy is at the vet hospital at least 3 times a year, along with vet visits. Embrace pays 90 percent after the deductible, including his heart medications.

Embrace Keeps My Service Dog Working
When I signed up Bonnie, my Shetland Sheepdog, for Embrace Pet Insurance, I hoped I'd never need it. Sadly, Bonnie deine, veloped idiopathic canine epilepsy in July of 2024. She's my service dog, and there was no question of having her care managed by Bush Neurological in Leesburg, VA. As you might imagine, Bonnie's care has been expensive. But thanks to Embrace, she's covered for everything beyond a very reasonable annual deductible. My claims are acknowledged within minuted of submission, and payment is swift. Thanks to Embrace, we have no financial worries concerning Bonnie's care.

Amanda Mello Is Awesome!
It was a total pleasure to speak with Amanda Mello! She was friendly, polite, professional, compassionate, thorough, and explained everything in a way that it was easy to understand. I felt great working with her, and it made the process of getting an insurance policy for my new cat really joyful. Thanks Amanda!

Healthy Paws was a lifesaver
Our Rocky boy was discovered to have a Thymoma last October. Before that, he had never been to the vet except for yearly checkups. We were completely shocked by this diagnosis which required surgery and then he had complications of pneumonia and we nearly lost him several times. From what I've seen stop reading this review and get your pets on healthy paws right now. They do not have annual caps like many other companies out there so Healthy Paws is a no-brainer. I hope you never place a claim but if you do have to you will be covered and you can focus on your fur baby and not worry about anything else. Rocky is finally home recovering and we are extremely blessed
