GOOD & BAD
Excellent customer service and reimbursement for claims/timeliness. I think supplements and prescription medications should be paid at the same reimbursement rate because my vet has asked me to include certain supplements in my cats diet because of his kidney disease. However when your pet gets older you're in trouble because the premiums are so high and you're stuck because you can't go anywhere else.

Cannot trust this company.
I cancelled my policy in January 2025 through email. Fetch acknowledged my request then continued to take the money from my account for 3 months. They refuse to give my money back and are ignoring my communications.

So far I’ve had a good experience with this insurance. They have reimbursed me pretty well for all but one of my claims (I thought they would pay more for microchipping than they did). Now that we are close to his first birthday we will see how useful it is in the future.
