I reaaaalllyyyy like being able to talk to someone right away when I call. The ladies I've talked to have been very enthusiastic and personable and have had previous jobs (vet tech/pet insurance) that make them huge assets to the company. Very friendly but most importantly very helpful. Thank you Andreea and the first gal I talked to who went to Disneyland I can always hear the smile over the phone and I appreciate you. You all are awesome!

They get better and better and easy to submit claims. Vet costs have skyrocketed in last 5 years and anyone is insane not to have pet insurance for a beloved animal. I have a new pup and I think you also get a multi pet discount. I just researched other companies and noone else has better rates, and Embrace covers cancer ( non pre existing ) which sadly comes up to often in pets which is why I have them on very healthy foods now. THey got me through 16 months of my old cat on chemo. OTherwise I would have had a terrible decision to make too early. And I think many dumped pets these days are sadly because one vet bill can overwhelm a family on a budget.

I didn't know that my pets would age…
I didn't know that my pets would age out of their current insurance company's protection for illnesses at 14. Prudent doesn't do that; they matched my coverage and my monthly costs and explained how switching would keep my pets safe, covered, and properly insured their whole lives - no age out. Really happy.
