This company really exceeded my expectations. The app needs some adjustments but apart from that, I have no complaints. Some claims took longer to be processed but it was processed in accordance to our hired plan.

Not good service.
I will change my insurance co. As soon as possible. This company is way too expensive. And my coverage is so poor. Hard to believe it would not pay for wound care ointment for a dog attack injury on my pup. I don’t have the time/energy to fight it. Let alone I need to contact the e/r doc that worked on my pup. Good luck with that. Been a customer for 6 years and will bail asap

Embrace went above and beyond. My dog got hurt since all the paperwork over from the emergency vet visit. We had the claim accepted and less than 24 hours I had the funds pending in my account.
