My vet recommended that I get at least two orthopedic recommendations before my dog has surgery on her leg. I was nervous because I wasn’t sure if pet insurance would cover it and they were so fast with the claim and reimburse me within two business days. The absolute worse ever
The absolute worse ever! They are incapable of making a proper reimbursement. Almost 2 years & i have yet to get my funds reimbursed. They deposited my money in someone else’s account. I was in the process of moving & their policy is to mail checks. I never received any checks. Now they insist they cannot deposit my funds in my account, must be a check. I highly suggest you find another insurance company. There are so many now i am having trouble determining which to go with. Good luck.
