Awesome pet insurance company
Awesome pet insurance company. I have submitted several claims because my toy poodle became critically ill and she was hospitalized for a week. Fetch by DoDo was very helpful during the entire process. They acknowledged receipt of claims submitted. I could check the progress of each claim while they were being reviewed easily with the use of the app. They notified me when each claim was approved and they have paid out the claims quickly using direct deposit.

I am grateful to have Embrace Pet Insurance as an option for my cat's insurance needs. I have held an annual policy since 2018 and have had great customer service and support whenever filing a claim. They are incredibly quick in responding which I appreciate very much so.

Difficult company to deal with
I have submitted claims for my cat's meds in the past and was reimbursed. Now they are saying it is predisposed and they will not pay me. Also they are becoming a lot more strict and time consuming on claims.
