No Nonsense!
We submitted our claim and it was a no nononsense process for the approval. They did not hassle or argue anything which was the last thing we needed after having a pretty big surgery on our boy. Thank you Spot for making it so easy and stress free to get our refund.

Read the fine print
Apparently you have to read the fine print carefully...this company will not honor a claim that is filed 6 months after the date of service. I found that due to many family emergencies, this was my situation. I had tried multiple times at night to submit the claim, but there was something wrong with the site and it wouldn't take the uploaded documents. It finally did, but now its too late and I won't be reimbursed for anything. I made a donation in the form of a premium to this company.
