I have an overall good experience…
I have an overall good experience submitting claims, however, while shopping for new pet insurance, the prices were quoted to me the same as when I originally signed up with spot. Now my insurance has nearly doubled and my insurance payment is nearly $500. It’s ridiculous.

since oct, dec and jan I submitted claims over 500.00 and have not recieved a penny I know its a renew date but since oct?? what is the sense of ins, if I can get reimbursed, I am low income and elderly I do not want to get rid of this dog she eats better than I do and is very loved
