This has been horrible and I am about ready to cancel my policy. I put in a claim stating that there is no vet between the time I adopted Blitz and the emergency clinic. My claim has been put on hold several times stating that I need to provide all medical information between those times. There is no information. I cannot provide something that does not exist. It is obvious that Fetch does not want to pay claims after I have paid the premiums. Horrible, horrible service.

Initially I mailed my claim and copies of bills certified to the company address in Florida. About a week later the envelope with the claim was returned marked undeliverable. I called Pet's Best, the address was correct. I decided to submit the claim online. The company confirmed receipt of my claim. Within a reasonable amount of time I was sent the company's evaluation of my claim and stated the settlement check would be mailed, which they did. The compensation was reasonable.
