I have submitted my receipt several times. I have 2 dogs that were both seen the same day. Each dog has totals on the receipt followed by tax and total. Each time you send it back saying the receipt is not readable. This is total BS. The receipt is CLEAR, your just not wanting to honor your part!

I submitted two claims in two weeks. While I didn't receive a full reimbursement on the first claim, Embrace really did a good job explaining the reason why. Also, I do like the app/webpage...very intuitive.

Super Fast process
While like all insurance not everything you want is covered and there is always the co-pay what I really liked was that all claims have been processed within 48 hours of submission and payment was followed just as quickly.
