Difficult company to deal with
I have submitted claims for my cat's meds in the past and was reimbursed. Now they are saying it is predisposed and they will not pay me. Also they are becoming a lot more strict and time consuming on claims.

Our Yorkie developed an intestinal stomach disease at 8 yrs old. He was extremely bloated. We thought he would have to be put down but with Pumpkin we were covered. We put him on a strict diet and now he is doing good. All said Pumpkin saved our boy. 🙏😊

I just had to use our insurance for the first time. Simple claims process and the payment was made within a month. At this stage I can say I am happy I chose Pets Best for Rosie. I would recommend anyone looking for insurance for their pet to check out Pets Best . I really was skeptical about pet insurance but this really save us a lot of money. Our Pug suddenly came down with a stomach issue that required an overnight at the ER vet and the coverage really helped. My experience is only one incident with one dog and I never had insurance for a pet before to compare to but definitely satisified.

Great insurance and quick process
We have been taking our goldendoodle to first the Sploot Logan Square location and recently to their Clybourn location ever since we adopted him about a year ago. I looked around for pet insurance and my job offered it through MetLife and decided to take a chance. I have not had any issues with submitting claims and so far, it has been easy, and the process is really quick. I would highly recommend and will be using them again.
