I found their ad online
I found their ad online. It was a good price for my two dogs. I'm a senior citizen and on Social Security. It's hard to find one I can afford. I called them today and the people were helpful and very friendly.

Both of my dogs have had trauma to…
Both of my dogs have had trauma to their teeth before because of either rock biting or just biting something too hard. Every time I have had a claim when that has happened, Pets Best has come through with covering most of the cost. Pets Best understands dogs will be dogs and that sometimes they get into things or do things that they just shouldn't do. Go figure!!

Great Agent patient, knowledgeable, and responsive
New client just signed up for our new family member. Agent Amanda has been very patient, knowledgeable and responsive answering all my questions. My main concerns are the increase of premium over time and definition of pre-existing conditions because our new cat is already 2yrs old. Amanda explained about Fetch's distinction between curable and incurable pre-existing conditions, and once the no-claim period is met, re-occurring curable PC like UTI, ear infections will be covered, and I definitely hope that this will be fulfilled. Amanda also explained that the adjustment of premium is based on the geographic data of the postal code but not personal client-specific. There are also no-claim discounts for 1 and 2 years, so I can now understand the rationale of reviews where people said the premium went up after claims. I'll provide update of the review in future with claim experience.

It's very easy to submit a claim and reimbursement is pretty quick. The cost goes up every year which I assume is due to my dog being 12 years old this summer.

Amanda - helpful and friendly customer service
Amanda was super helpful and friendly, and gave clear and concise dates as to when I'd be able to make amendments to my policy package so I left the call with no confusion on my end.

When signing up the price changed after I received my confirmation email. Not sure if that’s normal but I feel pricing seemed not transparent.

easy claim, no max, no questions, and quick reimbursement
Healthy Paws asked for my pet’s history once and from then on, they reviewed my emergency vet bill claims within 1-6 days. It was easy to use their website or app on the phone or computer to submit bills and medical records. The state of the claim was clear, about how many days it takes and where in the process it is. I was so happy that no questions were asked since I had submitted all the docs, and whenever the claim was approved, the money was already in my checking account the next morning through direct deposit! What a relief with the giant emergency vet bills I had, knowing that I could take care of my pet with Healthy Paws’ reimbursement and ease of use. The only thing that could be improved is if there is wellness (not covered) and other items that are covered, it would be nice to itemize which parts are not covered instead of a generic statement that wellness is not covered. I am very happy with Healthy Paws and their no max annual or lifetime coverage. It has been worth every penny to have the assurance that my pet is covered.
