I didn’t submit a completed application to insure my newly adopted dog because I needed his name changed from Nixon to Patch. All flustered, I called Fetch’s support line & was fortunate enough to reach Joshua Sábado. He was very helpful and equally as informative. He suggested I increase my annual coverage as the additional cost would be minimal. I heeded his advice to download the app for Fetch to better manage my account and take advantage of offers. He thoroughly explained payment options. I really like his “I can help you with that” attitude. He’s definitely an asset to Fetch.

When you are going thru a sickness with a pet, the last thing you need is difficult paperwork . Trupanion makes the process so easy. They are true to their word, and quickly cover every expense that you were promised in the policy. I would love for human insurance companies to take a few notes from Trupanion.
