I've used Pets Best for going on 2 years while my soul pup is going through some serious health concerns and treatment. I've never felt so much peace of mind when it comes time to make tough decisions on your pet's health. Very fortunate to have Pets Best, which has help extend the time I have with my fur baby. I'm truly forever grateful for their help and care along the way. It's never been a battle, only support every step of the way. A sincere thank you to the folks at Pets Best!
easy claims process
I have had Pets Best insurance for several years- luckily not need it for anything major. However, the claims process is exceedingly easy to do online- with an immediate confirmation of receipt. I have never had an issue with my claims, other than accidentally filing things not covered by my chosen plan! I have suggested this service to many.
Pet's Best truly is the BEST!
I have used Pet's Best for years, but rarely every filed a claim. With Murphy developing cancer, I had concern about receiving payments timely or having some items covered. They have approved everything, and are ALWAYS faster than their estimated time to pay. When I do have questions, the staff on the end of the line is always very compassionate and helpful. I have recommended Pet's Best to all of my friends with furry children over the years!

Pets Best offers excellent pet insurance coverage and service. To file claims through their app is quick, easy and simple. They keep you posted on your claim status and the refunds are done promptly. They offer excellent customer service and support as well.

Beware beware there is no way I believe these reviews most have to be artificially generated check the Better Business Bureau pay 2 years on this policy every single claim denied read your policy read your policy it covers nothing and you will not find this out until you absolutely need it two years down the drain my dog will die because of this company I encourage a class action suit

So glad I purchased PetsBest insurance for my dog.
I rescued my dog as a senior doggie and am so glad I signed up for Pets Best for her vet insurance right after adopting her. I bought the $1,000 deductible with unlimited coverage for all accidental and illness. When submitting claims to Pets Best, I have been proactive about reaching out to my pet's medical care provider to receive a copy myself and to upload my pet's medical documentation (SOAP notes, discharge instructions etc) invoices, proof of payment, etc to the Pets Best portal. Doing all this has allowed me to get my claims processed faster and sooner than the reported expected wait time. It really has taken off the stress of financial cost when it comes to getting my dog the care she needs, especially when she recently got diagnosed with cancer."

Definitely not worth continuing. They refused to cover routine preventative vaccinations, and the ones which were covered were reimbursed at a fraction of the customary cost. They also refused to cover allergy treatment, though failing to treat leads to skin infections. I do not want to continue paying high premiums only to find out what they won’t cover in the future. My family will take that money and self insure, again.

Never been questioned regarding claim…
Never been questioned regarding claim submissions. Never had issues getting a hold of a human to be walked though guidance for more complicated multi-day, multi-issue claims. Been a member since day one and will continue.
