I think the ceo of trupanion needs to pay attention! Cause he's in bed with these people!
This is the worst company. I am leaving at the end of the month BEFORE you get to increase all of my pets premiums! God for bid I use them! And you give the bs lie that you are being competitive! Bull shit! It's called, you are using it so now we are increasing your premiums! Oh and let's not forget, the stunt you just pulled on my 4 yr old Rottweiler! You have only approved 1 claim for her do far and now I attempt to make a claim saying she is having frequent uti's and you say its a preexisting condition! I don't think so! She was literally seen for it once before! Why have insurance if you can't use it! Oh and you want me to send you referrals! He'll no! I'm going on Facebook and screaming from the rooftop how scammy this company is! Never ever will I use this company EVER AGAIN!

Zorro Loves Healthy Paws!
We absolutely ADORE Healthy Paws!!! We have been with them since Zorro was 4 months old and they have been a lifesaver, literally and figuratively for the past 7+ years. When Zorro got deathly ill with HGE/AHDS, Healthy Paws was very helpful and their claims process was as simple as you could ever hope for. We didn't have to worry about anything except getting Zorro healthy again. Since his immune system was compromised due to that illness 2.5 years ago, Healthy Paws has been by our side every step of the way. Their service is absolutely exceptional and we are so grateful that our vet referred us to them so many years ago. Thank you, Healthy Paws!

Forever grateful for Trupanion
In the 11 years I’ve had my dog he’s never been sick, until one day he was suddenly, critically ill. Knowing he was covered by Trupanion made every decision a little easier, not having to worry about affording his care. He was treated by two different ER hospitals and a specialist for surgery. One hospital was able to work directly with my insurance which made things seamless. I was able to submit my invoices online from the other facilities and receive reimbursement promptly, which was directly deposited in my bank. My dog survived his sudden illness, and Trupanion quickly stepped up and paid for most of his care. I am forever thankful.
