I really appreciated the quick response regarding my claim. The process was smooth and easy. I feel that the amount that was covered for my cat's procedure was fair. But, it would have been helpful to see a breakdown of was and what was not covered. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

Pushy in bombard you with emails and text messages.
I'm sure they're competition does the same crap but I get email after email after email just because I checked a price. Text message after text message after text message. It's getting old. You don't deserve my business. I didn't even have time to make a decision and you have already pissed me off with your bottom feeder pushy salesman approach. GFY

I’ve been praying for the last eight…
I’ve been praying for the last eight months for this to come along because I have this job. I cannot afford it because this dog found me and show us and lately she’s been extra tired and just maybe feeling her age and she endured a lot of abuse. When I get the medical records done, it’ll just show probably she had a rough life. I’m so grateful for the help and the opportunity to possibly save your life in the near future.
