Bill Pay Option
I was disappointed that Trupanion doesn't allow bill pay options...only cc or direct withdrawal. This was almost a no-go for me. However, I did receive a call back from Trupanion who explained their billing system and wanted to check to see if I had any other question. I appreciated speaking with a live caring person on the phone. And while I still wish bill pay was an option, I am not disappointed with my decision to sign up with Trupanion.

I'd never had to use Fetch before so I want sure what to expect. I've filed 4 claims for my sick dog. Pretty easy online to submit and review my claims. Didn't take long to get claims approved.
