Very happy with Embrace for my dogs
I have had my dogs insured with Embrace for years now. They are fast and competent. I can do everything online, but they are easy to talk to if I have a question. I DID have a problem entering the diagnosis. It has happened in the past. I have to back up to the previous page and try again a couple of times but the software eventually gets there.

From the start, Amanda was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to walk me through all the options, made sure I understood everything, and helped me get exactly the coverage I wanted at the price I was hoping for. Even when we had some phone connection issues on my end, she didn’t miss a beat—she offered to call me back and made sure we stayed connected. That level of care and service is so rare these days.
