Thank goodness for spot the claim process was great and the service was great. My only complaint was I completed to direct deposit and still my reimbursement was mailed. And I’m still waiting

Biggest waste of money in my life
Biggest waste of money in my life, even with the USAA discount. There are plenty of other pet insurance options that will give you more for less. If I were smart I would have just put aside a small chunk of my savings strictly for my dogs health.

I had spot for about 2 years before my sweet senior boy just passed, and they covered every claim I submitted. When he passed and I called to cancel, they even told me that they cover end of life care (euthanasia & cremation) which I had no idea about. Truly could not recommend them highly enough.
