Stay FAR away from Sonnet Insurance

Stay FAR away from Sonnet Insurance. This is by far the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is nonexistent, their claims agents do not care about you, and they will purposely delay your claim with little to no communication. Despite being an “online-based company,” they don’t update your information properly, and good luck trying to reach them—chat takes 30-45 minutes, and calling means waiting at least an hour just to be met with empty promises of callbacks that never happen. To top it all off, they added someone to my policy that I don’t even know, and I’ve been paying for them for an entire year! Absolute scam of a company. Avoid at all costs.

Richard Bowers helped me choose the best policy for my dog

Nationwide decided to eliminate the policy under which my dog was insured which was the most comprehensive coverage a customer could get. Richard Bowers spent a substantial amount of time on the phone with me discussing my options for the right insurance policy for my dog and helped me narrow the options,down to the policy I ultimately purchased. Year 2024 was my beginning with Embrace

Overall they were pretty good. I'm not computer literate so had some trouble figuring out how to send the claims. Ended up mailing them. Communication was good. I got reimbursed for most of my claims. Only one I had trouble with was the claim for the ER visit. Only complaint I have is the first year my premium was a little over $300 THIS YEAR it's over 1600 plus. I haven't turned in any claims for 2025. I was not happy and don't understand why, Hope it goes well this year.
