One of the best companies I deal with!
The reps I've dealt with have been professional, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. They never lose patience, and they respect their customers. This is a breath of fresh air in today's horrible customer service environment. Kudos to MetLife. I can't remember the exact day of my last interaction so the date given is approximately one week ago.

Disappointing Experience with MetLife
This is our second dog with Met Life and we are about to get a 3rd dog who we will now have to consider going to MetLife for as opposed to one of your competitors. Earlier this year I appealed a decision by MetLife who classified a request for a vet consultation as establishing a preexisting condition and subsequently denied $1500 or so of one time vet services as we desperately searched for getting our dog care.

It was fast easy experience. I would highly recommend Met insurance for puppies. I only had my puppy for2 weeks and have use my dog insurance. You will be happy you insured your pet!

I have uploaded claims and they have disappeared even after a confirmation email. The review time takes about a month not 5-10 working days. The website is very slow.
