Pleasantly surprised with the claims process and reasonable cost. Spot covered more than I thought they would. I was expecting a run around with each submitted claim, but it was pretty seamless. Now if my rates increase next year due to all the claims submitted, I may change my rating. So far, very happy with the service

Once I met the deductible, claims were quickly processed. Website is easy to navigate, and follow-up emails are received promptly after submitting claim. Make sure to submit all the required documents such as payment receipt and Veterinarian SOAP notes to prevent delays. I like that reimbursement can be direct deposited to my bank!
