It was a great experience working with Fetch representative Josh Sabado. He was very professional, able to discuss the difference between each policy and the cost and gave me a final quote. I went back to him to revise my quote a couple times and he handles all my request promptly.

ManyPets is a great insurance company
ManyPets is a great insurance company. They have never given me an issue with a claim, and I've filed many over the last 3 years. Premiums are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

My overall satisfaction with this company is questionable. I have had coverage for my cat for many, many years. He is 18 years old. They seem, at times, to categorize services as wellness sometimes, other times it goes towards illness deductible, etc. My overall experience is they have inconsistent reimbursement, categorizing services randomly.
