Easy Peasy
I submitted a claim when we got home from a wellness visit with the vet. It was approved the next day and the funds were in my checking account count in less than a week. This is typical of my dealings with Pets Best. Keep up the good work!
Two weeks after I purchased the policy…
Two weeks after I purchased the policy and paid two months in advance, I received an email from the company informing me that they were cancelling the policy. The reason provided was that they discovered one of the listed drivers has a conviction. However, they had obtained our driver’s licence numbers at the time of application and should have verified our records before binding the policy. Furthermore, they insisted on cancelling the policy one month later, meaning no refund for the unused portion, effectively forcing me to keep the policy for an additional month. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company due to their lack of transparency and poor handling of customer information.
