You answered my phone calls in a timely manner. I spoke to four of your people at different times and three of them were spectacular answered all of my concerns. You also paid my claims very quickly and accurately. I will tell all of my friends to use Fetch.

"Pre existing conditions"
Spot pet insurance won't cover emergency visits because they're "pre-existing conditions". If my dog eats some garbage then needs her stomach pumped, this won't be covered if it happens more once within 6 months. This is insane and a complete waste of my money, the coverage is underwhelming even for the most basic of plans. Don't buy Spot pet insurance
