I had never purchased pet insurance before, thinking it was a waste, that it is just a scam, that the claims are always denied. I decided to take a chance on Fetch and am so glad I did. Our elderly cat had very expensive vet bills, and submitting for reimbursement was so easy, and it was clear from the start what was covered. Sadly our boy passed away, but dealing with Fetch made it a little easier - huge thanks to Don, he answered my questions quickly, clearly and with compassion. Don sounded like he was a pet lover too, and was so understanding of what I was going through - his kind words and efficiency meant so much! Thanks Don for making me feel like I was dealing with a person, and not a corporation :)

Unrealistic coverage caps
The low monthly rates are disconnected from actually out of pocket costs for Wellness exams and vaccines. For example the actually cost of the wellness exam is capped at $50 when today’s cost are significantly higher. They will only pay once in a lifetime for bordetella when this shot should be done annually.

Please give us a better explanation for denial.
Embrace kept denying my claims stating unclear invoice. We were sending a very clear invoice and the claims were piling up. Finally I called and was told it was because there was not a year included on the invoices. Just the month and day. This was a very legitimate reason but would have been SO MUCH EASIER for me if I was told the reason in the first place.
