I have only been member for 7 months…
I have only been member for 7 months and so far they do what they say. My puppy is 8 months old so I guess time will tell. I have recommended them to friends as I have had no issues with compensation.

No customer service
I have been trying to call or message or email in regard to if neutering is covered under my plan for a number of months, but your services tell me nonsensical things like. Email us here and I never get a response or, your chat feature is down, or your call hours are those that I am expected to be at work. I also got your app needs update click here that didn’t work. So. Being unable to contact the company to ask questions or check coverage which is the only reason I use your service seems like a big customer service fail on your part, I very much feel most large companies are failing due to poor and lack of communication between people who do the work and the ceos who have no idea what reality is like for most of us. Disappointing. I should have asked ai to do this for me, would be more meaningful than the communication I’m able to get with your company.

Submitting a claim
I submitted a claim for processing and received an email saying the claim was received and was being processed. Within two days, I received another email saying how much money we would be received via Zelle and we did! It was so easy, direct and uncomplicated and I would recommend MetLife Pet Insurance to friends and family members. Thank you, MetLife!

Pets best does exactly what it says it…
Pets best does exactly what it says it will do. The only reason I did not give it five stars is the annual premium increase is a little steep, and it does sometimes take a long time to actually get paid. However, I am really glad that I chose pets best for my little dog Betsy.
