Claims never paid
I have been paying monthly for pet insurance since 12/25 and was told my claims would be addressed and considered promptly. I have submitted ALL vet bills and ALL vet information requested. I have not gotten back any amount of money on submitted claims, but said they "needed more information". (stalling tactic). It is now June and they continue to charge my account $74.55 every month.

I just cannot believe it. They hardly pay nothing.
I just cannot believe it. The amount they paid on my claim. I can see paying the deductible but the extra 10% what for. Iam already paying a monthly fee. Then the deductible is for just that problem it should be for the whole year. I really believe I made a mistake by signing up because I end up paying for 95% percent of the bill. I feel as though the insurance is not has good has people think. I am seriously thinking about canceling. At this point iam paying you a 143 dollars a month for you only to pay 93 dollars on a bill of 949.

My Dogs Golden years experience
My dog is almost 16 years old and has been a beloved member of our family for many years. As he has aged, he has faced several health challenges, including Cushing’s disease and other medical issues that come with being a senior dog. Through it all, Trupanion Pet Insurance has been there to help. Having pet insurance has given me peace of mind during stressful times and has helped make important veterinary care more affordable. The claims process has been easy to navigate, and the reimbursements have allowed me to focus on my dog’s health and comfort rather than worrying as much about the cost of treatment. When you love a pet as much as we love our dog, you want to do everything possible to give them the best care. Trupanion has helped us do that. I am truly grateful for the support they have provided over the years and would highly recommend Trupanion Pet Insurance to anyone, especially those with aging pets or pets with ongoing medical conditions.
